Returns
We gladly accept returns for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect within 30 days of delivery.
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if there’s an issue.
To start a return, email us at info@horizonpeaks.online with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
If your return is approved, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method .
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund.

Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to get a different item, please return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order after your return is approved.

At Horizon Peaks, we work with multiple suppliers to provide a wide variety of products.
Because of this, return eligibility may vary depending on the supplier.
We’ll always do our best to help you resolve any issues promptly and fairly.
